Latest update:

24/08/2020: Following an Isca H3 Mis-management video meeting, we will be returning to hashing soon, albeit with anti-Covid measures. See below for how to get involved.

Getting back to hashing

The first trail back will be the 2nd September at 19:30 from Joney’s Cross, with further trails on the 16th and 30th Sept, assuming all goes smoothly. From then, we’re aiming to return to weekly trails.

You will need to pre-register for each trail. This is to ensure we don’t exceed maximum numbers (30) and also to inform Test and Trace if required later. Please register by the end of the Tuesday the day before the trail.

Make sure you’ve read the following three documents:
Post-isolation Hashing guidelines – general advice on hashing safely with any group
Isca COVID-19 Risk Assessment – the risks the mismanagement have identified and how we’re mitigating them (and what you need to do to help out)
COVID-19 self-declaration form – what symptoms to look out for to ensure you’re safe to come hashing

Use this form to register: [Register here]

The AGPU has been moved from the 16th to the 23rd September so that it can be held between hashes. It will be a Zoom meeting and the invite link will be sent to all members nearer the time. Mis-management reports will be circulated by email in advance.
